1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• Customers must send a written cancellation request via email or WhatsApp.

• For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued through the same payment method.

  
  

1.2 Seller-Initiated Cancellation

Toshika Natural may cancel an order in the following situations:

• Product is out of stock

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Payment verification failure

• Suspected fraudulent order

In such cases, a 100% full refund will be issued.

2. Return Policy

Since cold-pressed oils are food-grade consumable items:

• Opened or used bottles cannot be returned.

• Packages with broken seals or tampering will not be accepted.

2.1 Eligible Return Cases

a) Wrong / Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a product different from your order:

• A continuous, uncut unboxing video of the sealed parcel is mandatory.

• The video must clearly show the parcel, product, labels, and batch numbers.

• Edited or incomplete videos will not be accepted.

After verification:

• A free replacement will be sent
  OR

• A full refund including delivery charges will be issued.

  
  

b) Damaged Product Received

If the product is damaged during transit:

• A proper sealed parcel unboxing video is required.

• After confirmation, we will provide a free replacement.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

A refund will be issued only in these cases:

• Wrong product received

• Damaged product received

• Order cancelled before dispatch

3.2 Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval.

• Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

• Used products

• Opened or broken seal bottles

• Tampered packaging

• Products damaged by the customer

• Wrong address provided

• Delivery failure due to customer unavailability
